By accessing or using the G&S Construction Services, Inc. website located at gscsdumpsters.com (the “Site”) or by scheduling dumpster rental or site work services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
G&S Construction Services, Inc. (“GSCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides dumpster rental, debris removal, site work, and land clearing services to residential and commercial customers in the Palmetto, Florida area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.
Our goal is to be transparent with our customers on pricing. The primary cost of a dumpster rental is determined by the dumping cost associated with the weight, volume, and type of materials disposed. Landfills may charge additional fees for certain materials including but not limited to dirt, soil, dry or wet food waste, and hazardous materials. You are responsible for clearly communicating the nature of materials to be disposed of at the time of booking. Final charges may be adjusted based on actual weight and material type at the time of disposal.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Cancellations or modifications to scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. GSCS reserves the right to reschedule service due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the placement location for our equipment. You agree not to place prohibited or hazardous materials (including but not limited to paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, and appliances containing freon) in rented dumpsters. You are responsible for any fines or fees resulting from improper disposal of prohibited materials.
Consent to Receive Text Messages: By providing your mobile phone number and scheduling a service, you expressly consent to receive SMS text message notifications from G&S Construction Services, Inc. related to your scheduled service. These messages may include driver dispatch notifications, estimated arrival times, and service completion confirmations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled service. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per scheduled service appointment.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. GSCS is not responsible for any charges you may incur from your carrier.
Privacy: Your mobile number and opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GSCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
GSCS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
