PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF PRIVACY PRACTICES CAREFULLY. This Privacy Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy practices of the (“the Site”) and (collectively, “Company” “Us” or “GSCS”). GSCS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, maintained, protected, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. In order for us to enable your purchase of items offered the Site we need to collect and use some of your Personal Information. We want you to understand what Personal Information we collect and how it is used. This Site is intended for consumers in the United States of America and is not at this time directed to any individuals that may reside outside of the United States. If you are not located in the United States, please do not purchase items on the Site.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Your Consent

This Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of the Website Terms of Service that apply with respect to your use of the Site. The information you provide to us is governed by the Website Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information you may choose to provide to us that does not display or link to this Privacy Policy or that does not have this Privacy Policy conspicuously displayed at the point of the collection of your information.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website or any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site.

You affirm your acceptance of and your consent to this Privacy Policy by clicking “ACCEPT” on a conspicuously displayed “ACCEPT” button, which can found in direct proximity to the hyperlinked version of the GSCS’s Privacy Policy located on the Site. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is to not use our Site.

How you are notified if this Privacy Policy Changes

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Policy with the last revised date. Your continued use of the product or service means that you consent to the updates. You should periodically read the Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, then we will publish notice on GSCS website or email you to seek your affirmative consent if required by law.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect two types of information from you when you visit the Site: (1) “personally identifiable information” (as defined below) and (2) “non-personally identifiable information” (as defined below).

Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”)

Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, your first and last name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and payment information, such as your credit card number and billing address. We refer to this information as (“Order Information”). This information is retained per the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”)

Non-Personally Identifiable Information can be technical information or aggregated, non-identifiable, or anonymized information. NPII does not identify you personally. If you provide us with NPII, we may use it for the purposes described in this statement or any other legal purpose.

Automatic Collection of NPII

When you use our Site, we may automatically collect certain information by automated or passive means using a variety of technologies described below.  We use these technologies across our website to enhance your user experience. These technologies may allow us to personalize your online experience, recognize you as a previous visitor, save your user preferences, and/or maintain your login and password information on secure portions of our website. How long will cookies remain on my computer or mobile device?

The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 30 minutes and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device. GSCS currently, and/or may in the future, collect, use and disclose your Personal Information as authorized or required by written law and/or for any or all of the following purposes (“Purposes”):

  • Activate and maintain and your GSCS Shop account;
  • Handle and resolve billing disputes;

Sharing your Personal Information 

We share your Order and Device Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information and Non Personal Information, for the Purposes described above. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site, as described above.

We may also share your Personal Information with a third party in the event of a proposed or actual purchase, sale (including a liquidation, realization, foreclosure or repossession), lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of our business in order for you to continue to receive the same or similar products and services. In these circumstances, personal information may be shared with the actual or prospective purchasers or assignees, or with the newly acquired business.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information or Non-Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce this Privacy Policy, respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or otherwise protect our rights. 

How we protect your personal information

We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical controls best practices to protect your personal information, including data encryption where appropriate; however, since the internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure the security of personal information during its transmission between you and us. Accordingly, you acknowledge that when you transmit such personal information, you do so at your own risk. Nevertheless, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures. We will notify you of any confirmed security breach of your personal information to the extent required by and in accordance with local laws.

GSCS will retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and in accordance with applicable law. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. The information is retained per Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Children under the Age of 13. The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site, make any purchases through the Site, or provide any information about yourself to us.
